Black lace blouse circa 1970s. Floral embroidered tambour lace. Balloon sleeves with elastic at the wrist. Sheer. Ruffle front. Buttons at the back neck. I have one deadstock with tags, one not. The original price was $110 in 1980s, about $420 in today's money!
